The Dream Lolita Sweepstakes will begin on October 5, 2010, and end on March 15, 2011. Entries that are submitted outside of this time period will not be accepted.
Only one entry form may be submitted per person. If you submit multiple entry forms, you will be disqualified from the sweepstakes.
Entry is only open to residents of the United States. Entry forms submitted by non-U.S. residents will be disregarded.
By entering the Dream Lolita Sweepstakes, you certify that you will be able to attend the Anime Central convention and Khaotic Kouture fashion show at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, IL, on May 20-22, 2011. Do not enter if you will not be able to be in the Rosemont, IL, area during this time.
Contestants of all genders may enter. Males must design a gender-appropriate outfit; no cross-dressing is permitted. For more information on male Lolita outfits, look up the Kodona Lolita style.
Contestants of all ages may enter.
The grand prize winner will receive:
1 custom-made Lolita outfit.
2 Anime Central weekend passes.
The winner will also get the opportunity to model their outfit at the Khaotic Kouture fashion show at ACen.
If you do not wish to or will be unable to accept one or more of these prizes, do not enter the sweepstakes. If the winner refuses any of the prizes or is unable to attend Anime Central/Khaotic Kouture, a new winner will be chosen.
The grand prize DOES NOT include hotel reservations or transportation. The winner will be responsible for purchasing any hotel reservations or transportation necessary for attending the convention.
The sweepstakes is free to enter. There are no fees or charges upon winning.

Living Lolita and Khaotic Kouture reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone, and modify or cancel the sweepstakes at any time.
